1. Shopping cart

By clicking "ADD TO CART", the item is added to your shopping cart. This is also indicated by a corresponding success message under the heading "YOUR SHOPPING CART". If a product cannot be added to the shopping cart, this will be indicated by a corresponding error message.

After clicking "CHECKOUT", you can enter your customer, delivery, and payment details, provide your email address, review your order, and finally click "BUY". By clicking the "BUY" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order is sent and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract. We may accept your order by promptly delivering the goods.

 

2. Login page

If you are already registered for "MY ACCOUNT", you can log in under "I am already registered with Tabakino" using your email address and password. Your address details stored in "MY ACCOUNT" will then be pre-filled during the ordering process.

If you are not yet registered for "MY ACCOUNT", please select "CONTINUE" under "I am not yet registered with Tabakino". On the following personal details page, you can enter your future login credentials for "MY ACCOUNT". You will also fill in your customer details and, if applicable, a different delivery address, which will then also be saved in "MY ACCOUNT".

If you do not wish to register for "MY ACCOUNT", please select "CONTINUE" under "I am not yet registered with Tabakino" with the guest access checkbox enabled. You will then have to enter your address details again for your next order.

 

3. "Personal details" page

Here you enter your personal details and, if applicable, a different delivery address, or they are already pre-filled if they were already stored under "MY ACCOUNT".

By clicking the "BUY" button on the last page of your ordering process, the ordering process is completed and your order is forwarded to Tabakino.

The protection of your privacy is of great importance to us. Our data protection policy is intended to inform you about our handling of the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data.

 

4. "Select payment method" page

Pay easily by invoice, credit card, Twint, prepayment, SOFORT, or Postcard.

And don't worry: your personal data is safe in any case. It is encrypted by our security software and therefore cannot be read by unauthorized persons during transmission.

 

5. "Review and confirm order" page

Please check your order details here again. You can change your data if necessary using the "CHANGE" links. By clicking "PLACE ORDER", the ordering process is completed and your order is forwarded to Tabakino.

 

6. "Thank you for your order" page

You can view your order again via the "View order" link. You can print the order details for your own records via the "Print order" link.
